  • No action will be taken on any property without the consent of the homeowner.
  • Dow will work to minimize inconveniences for residents during this process and to return property to its original condition.
  • Homeowners with questions or concerns about work taking place on their properties have the right to expect that those questions or concerns will be addressed promptly.
