The people of Midland have graciously embraced Dow as a part of their community for nearly 119 years. We recognize that our company has a responsibility to be a good neighbor as we work with you to resolve a long-standing issue. Because our goal is to make this as easy as possible, Dow pledges the following:

• Dow will reply to questions from homeowners in a timely manner.
• No action will be taken on any property without the consent of the homeowner.
• Dow will work to minimize inconveniences for residents during this process and to return property to its original condition.
• Homeowners with questions or concerns about work taking place on their properties have the right to expect that those questions or concerns will be addressed promptly.
